Biography

Graduated in 2018 from the master’s program of the Department of Politics and Management of the National Research University Higher School of Economics, Moscow;

from 2017 to the present is a full-time employee of the Department of Metallurgy and Materials of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

The sphere of competence includes the issues of legal regulation of the procurement, storage, processing and sale of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap; customs-tariff and non-tariff regulation of the metallurgical industry, measures of state support.

In particular, he is one of the developers of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated October 7, 2020 No. 1619, aimed at increasing the efficiency of state regulation in the field of handling scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, eliminating excessive requirements for licensees and increasing the involvement of scrap and waste of ferrous metals. and non-ferrous metals for recycling.
