Accreditation and work procedure

 

  • Accreditation of journalists of mass media for the event is carried out in accordance with the law of the Russian Federation “On mass media” (for Russian media).The basis for considering the issue of accreditation of journalists for the event is the application of the head or representative of the media for accreditation.
  • For the accreditation of journalists for the conference, the head of the media submits an application form for accreditation +7 (495) 980-06-08 and send it to lom@rusmet.ru. The application shall include: name of the media outlet, full name of the head of the media outlet, company address, contact phone number and e-mail, as well as the full name and position of the accredited journalist (s).

  • Any other accreditation cards, as well as service certificates are invalid.
  • The number of accredited journalists from one media outlet is limited. The technical staff of the media involved in the performance of their official duties by accredited journalists are also subject to accreditation and carry out their activities by prior agreement with the Organizing Committee
  • The decision on accreditation is made by the Organizing Committee, provided that the mass media observes this accreditation procedure. The decision on accreditation is communicated to the media.

  • Accredited journalists are issued a badge of the established form. The badge is issued by the Organizing Committee upon arrival of the accredited journalist to the conference in accordance with the formed lists. The pass is valid for the entire conference.
  • The organizing committee may refuse to obtain accreditation for a journalist without explaining the reasons.

Rights and obligations of accredited journalists

An accredited journalist has the right to:

  • free to attend meetings and round tables of the conference;
  • receive a package of information materials for the media and press releases;
  • make recordings in the conference room, including using audio and video equipment, film and photography, except for cases provided for by law
  • upon agreement with the Organizing Committee, receive additional information in the form of comments and clarifications from the relevant officials.

An accredited journalist must:

  • comply with the requirements of the law of the Russian Federation “On Mass Media” (for Russian media);

  • check the accuracy of the information received;

  • respect the rights, legitimate interests and business reputation of the organizers, participants and participants of the conference, as well as the honor and dignity of their officials.

The order of publication and demonstration of materials

  • Following publication of news, analytical materials and articles, photographic materials in printed or electronic form, demonstration of video materials must be accompanied by a link to the shooting location and the Conference Organizer.

  • The use of filmed materials in a context causing commercial or moral damage to the organizers / participants of the conference is prohibited.

  • Media representatives must obligatorily submit published materials (or their copies) in their publications for approval to the Organizing Committee.
