Using the example of pilot projects in the field of recycling HETS, incl. electric transport is expected:

● introduce the best global recycling practices, safe and effective technologies, which are recommended to be approved within the framework of BAT (best available technologies);

● create a positive law enforcement practice for transparent targeted spending of the recycling fee to reimburse the costs of recycling HETS;

●       make it accessible and systematic for citizens, fleet owners and auto insurance companies to recycle cars at legal points;

●    develop and improve transparent mechanisms for returning automotive components to recycling, and establish their accounting when integrated with the traffic police databases.

Elektrostal Heavy Engineering Plant, founded in 1942, is one of the largest heavy industry enterprises in Russia.

Today OJSC “EZTM” is a modern enterprise that independently designs, manufactures and supplies complete equipment for pipe rolling and pipe welding units, pipe finishing and coating equipment, pipe cold rolling mills, medium-section, small-section, wire mills, parts rolling, ball rolling and other special mills, fluid friction bearings, rolling rolls for cold and hot rolling mills, spare parts for manufactured equipment.

EZTM is the only enterprise in Russia that produces fluid friction bearings for rolling mills.

OJSC “EZTM” has a complete production cycle and includes metallurgical, welding, mechanical assembly and auxiliary types of production. The enterprise successfully operates design and technology departments, a research complex and an experimental workshop.

Over the years of production activity, the plant has supplied hundreds of machines and units that operate at metallurgical plants in Russia, CIS enterprises and in 40 countries around the world.

Recycling: plastic cases and parts of office equipment, large household appliances, radio and television equipment, electronic devices, vacuum cleaners, coffee makers, control panels, telephones, fax machines, computers, monitors, printers, calculators. Products: The plant ensures the production of constant volumes of secondary ABS, PS, PP granules with a guarantee of stable quality.
